I include people love to organize, because berorgnisasi is one place to look for a possible science knowledge we did not get in school, including learning to manage organizations of, here I mean the social orgnisasi or organizations of the society in which we do things for the sake of people.
In my experience, to determine progress or life and death of an organization, there are three important things to note.
1. leadership in the organization.
2. recruitment for regeneration.
3. education in the organization.
three it is an important component in running an organization.
